NEVEX is a company focused on software and hardware for industrial automation, offering facilities for customers to make their purchases online.

1.2. These Terms and Conditions, governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil and, when applicable, by international e-commerce regulations, establish the guidelines for the use of the website and the purchase of products.

 

2. Legal Capacity

2.1. Services and products are available only to individuals who have legal capacity to contract them, as established by Articles 3° and 4° of the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10.406/02).

 

3. User Registration

4. Payment

5. Delivery

5.1. The deadline and method of delivery vary according to the recipient's address and are calculated after payment confirmation. The presence of an authorized person at the delivery address to receive the order is essential.

 

6. Exchanges and Returns

6.1. Respecting the consumer's right of regret, we offer a period of 07 (seven) consecutive days after receipt of the product for exchange or return, provided the product is in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

 

7. Damage

7.1. In the event of receiving a damaged product, the customer must refuse the delivery at the moment of delivery or, if the damage is noticed after delivery, contact our support within 07 (seven) consecutive days to request an exchange.

 

8. Product with Functional Defect

8.1. NEVEX commits to exchanging products with functional defects noticed within 07 (seven) consecutive days after receipt, provided they are in the original conditions of receipt.

 

9. Product Not Matching the Order

9.1. In case of discrepancy with the order, the customer must refuse the delivery or immediately contact NEVEX for order correction.

 

10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Legislation

10.1. This contract is governed by Brazilian laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be submitted to the central court of the city of Curitiba, PR, Brazil.
